A very eye-opening interview, Michele, thank you for putting this on. In the competing demands for my limited time and attention, the issues you & Mike discuss are important, but I don't normally give them a lot of it. I now know a lot more, and although I've heard other hopeful sentiments expressed by credible people, Mike's optimism is extremely encouraging. He's a very impressive guy, I'll be paying a lot more attention to him.
On another issue, I posted a comment Tuesday after your appearance on the Gutfeld show Monday night; but I was not yet a paying subscriber, so you probably didn't see it. That appearance is what motivated me to find and join this community. I'm kind of ancient, and I've been an admirer since your NFL days, and always enjoyed your appearances on the sidelines and on the Gutfeld show...beauty, brains, and personality are a pretty potent combo. Your comments on that Monday show about the new Derek Chauvin documentary (the subject of GG's monologue) were very cogent and articulate, but I felt that you were unfairly treated by some of the panel, notably Kat and Tyrus (both of whom I normally admire, I actually am a supporter of Kat on Locals). They clearly downplayed the importance of the documentary, even though they admitted that they hadn't even seen it...downplayed it to the point that they said they stated that they also had no intention to do so....'we've made up our minds, don't trouble us with more information'. They also suggested that you were a bit biased because of your personal friendship with the producer of that piece. (I actually wonder whether one of the Fox higher ups suggested that they should downplay the production, whispering not-so-sweet references to Tucker's fate at Fox). Anyway, on behalf of the the fans of that show I want to apologize for that treatment.
My published name is odd because when I signed up, the name I use for another Stack author, Molly White, by default carried over (I'm a bit of a technical dinosaur). Molly leans a bit left for my tastes, but did a great job on the SBF-FTX trial.
